Where are the herbs made?
While the elements of some supplements may be sourced from China for maximum authenticity, potency, and efficacy, the herbal supplements are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility in Irvine, California.
What is the shelf life of the supplements?
All supplements have a shelf life of approximately 3 years. Note that once supplement bottles are opened and exposed to air, degradation time may be sooner than 3 years. Be sure to keep your supplements in the original protective opaque bottles and tightly sealed.
Are the herbs vegetarian- and vegan-friendly?
All herbs provided through Han Nutrition Care are vegetarian-safe and depending on the formulation, may also be appropriate for those practicing a vegan lifestyle.
Do you offer discounts?
On your order of $120.00 or more, we will waive shipping and handling costs. We also offer a 10% discount on all orders exceeding $200.00 before applicable tax and/or shipping.
Do you charge sales tax on products?
As required by law, we charge 7.75% sales tax for all shipments within the state of California. No sales tax will be collected for other states or territories.
What is the shipping and handling cost?
All shipments are economically mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our San Diego, California headquarters. $8.50 will be charged for postage when an order is less than $120.00. Free shipping will be applied when the order is more than $120.00
When will my order arrive?
Typically, all shipments within the U.S. will arrive within 3 to 7 business days. During holidays and peak times, please allow 2-3 extra days for delivery. We offer expedited delivery via USPS Priority Mail for an additional $15.00 (apply to the order over $120.00 too). If you choose this option, you will receive your products within 2-3 days.
Can I return a product?
We absolutely stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Even if you open and use the product, you may return it if it does not meet your highest expectations. Should you choose to return your product, we will refund your method of payment minus a 15% restocking fee.
